We spend a lot of time developing, refining and reviewing the brief and asking our clients questions, to be sure we fully understand what they are really trying to achieve with the research. Ideally we like to do this in person, but with international clients, this is not always possible, so we will discuss things over the telephone or by email.
Once the brief is finalised, we get it signed off by the client to ensure that everyone is working from the same starting point.
From the brief, we will develop a proposal, outlining your requirements and explaining methodologies and tools we recommend to address these. We will also include a detailed implementation plan and budget. Once you sign off the proposal, we begin the work.
